Been a busy past couple of weeks. Me, Clint, Josh and 13 others from church went to TN to work at a youth mission camp for troubled 3rd and 4th graders from 06/13 - 06/20 and then me, mom and Sheila (my sister) went to AZ from 06-23 - 06/27 to see Amanda, my niece who is like my daugther, before she deploys to Iraq on 07/11.
Lots in my mind…hopefully I will be posting about both trips soon.
I am just glad to be home with my family again. It is never right when 1 or more of us is away. Luvu family!
Yep, I’m in a funk right now. Been in one for about a month or so. It is very frustrating. I don’t like feeling this way at all.
I’m very irritable too and I sure don’t like that. I snap easier, I cry easier, I don’t laugh as much.
My niece said “you’re usually so bouncy”. I want my bounce back!
I love days like this, they are too few and far between.
Me and my 3 kids plus 2 of my nephews spent almost 3 hours playing games, laughing, goofing off. What a joy!
I will miss those times as the kids grow older and move on, so I will cherish them now. I want to grab every minute like that I can.
